What the service processes

The connectivity check runs in your browser. The connection type and issue selected in the form are used locally to display results and are not submitted by the form to our server. A request to our test resource necessarily shares ordinary technical request information with the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, timestamp, browser headers and requested URL. Hosting providers may maintain security and access logs.

Why we process data

To deliver requested website resources, maintain service reliability and protect against misuse. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service and legitimate operational interests.

Sharing and retention

Technical request data may be processed by our hosting provider. Log retention depends on the production hosting configuration and should be finalized before launch. We do not sell information submitted through the diagnostic form.
